My role at Complia Health is a User Experience Designer to bring in more human-centered design that is currently being emphasized in the healthcare technology industry. The web based products at Complia have remained mostly unchanged for 20 years. I was able to contribute to the digital transformation of many of the products that Complia had to better increase their user satisfaction and market share.
